Setting goals
In advance, we’ll work with you to determine the course content: what knowledge would you like to acquire? What skills are needed? Whenever possible, we’ll also involve the director, as the collaboration between the Works Council and the director partly determines the quality of the consultation. After the training, you’ll be able to elevate the functioning of the Works Council. The cooperation between Council members will improve, and the effectiveness of meetings with the director will increase.
Teamcoaching
Works Council work is all about people. Each member has different strengths, and these can be put to good use. When differences are significant, it might not click right away—and that’s okay! There can be sparks and clashes, as long as there’s trust and a willingness to get to know each other well. It’s also essential that everyone feels safe giving and receiving feedback. We’ll teach you how to turn these differences into strengths, making the Works Council team more resilient. That’s how you’ll make the fastest progress! Interested? We’d be happy to discuss how our coaching can support you..

Teambuilding OR
How do you ensure successful collaboration within your Works Council team? Group dynamics are crucial: they can elevate a team to great heights or weaken it. Tensions can simmer beneath the surface, leading to frustration with each other. When is it time to raise the alarm?
Atim has the specific knowledge and experience to strengthen your team’s collaboration by applying the principles of group dynamics:
– Get to know each other deeply
– Create a safe environment
– Foster an open atmosphere
– No friction, no polish: don’t shy away from conflicts
The result? Improved team spirit and more effective discussions with the director.
Training for new works council members
You’ve recently joined an established Works Council. It may feel like you’ve been thrown in at the deep end—everyone else knows the ropes, while you’re still finding your way. Our *newly elected in the Works Council* basic training will help you get up to speed quickly. You’ll become familiar with the essential (legal) guidelines, practice conversations with the director, and learn how you can contribute to sound decision-making and team development. This training can be taken individually in a small group with Works Council members from different organisations.
