The basics
Ensuring good working conditions is a task for both employer and employee. As a member of the works council (OR), you have the opportunity to make a positive contribution to your organisation’s health and safety policy. Through your knowledge of the constituency and your own experience on the shop floor, you are able to identify opportunities and raise them with the director. This will help him make well-founded choices when it comes to good and safe working conditions.
Active participation
During the dat, we give you practical tips and tools to help you perform your task optimally. Besides the necessary basic knowledge of working conditions legislation and RI&E, there is plenty of room for your own input. We zoom in on participants’ current issues and encourage discussion and exchange. This way, you not only learn from our expert trainers, but also from each other.
